4. Fees and Payments

DigitalCoin Pay does not charge processing fees, setup fees, or monthly fees for the crypto payment Services, as stated in our marketing materials.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency network fees (i.e., "miner fees" or "gas fees") are an inherent part of cryptocurrency transactions and are not charged by or paid to DigitalCoin Pay. These network fees are paid by the party initiating the transaction (typically the customer).

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, such as encryption and multi-signature wallets, to protect our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials, wallets, and any hardware used to access the Services.

6. Risks of Cryptocurrency

You acknowledge and agree that:
